AMD 5000 Series. We have mentioned the Radeon 6000 Series GPUs and their launch event. And today is the day. Radeon RX 6000 Series will be unveiled today live [28-10-2020 21:30 IST]. We will be covering the features of the also-known Big Navi. As always CEO of AMD introduced the new product.

Laura Smith, Senior Director of Radeon Technologies, covered features of the RDNA 2 architecture and the  GPU. They have developed twice since the RDNA 1. This processor is based on a 7nm die. This GPU has 2.17X of Bandwidth with the help of its new Infinity Cache. They have partnered with Microsoft closely for Direct X 12 to build a new API which will efficiently render gaming assets

Scott Herkelman, VP of AMD, introduced AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT. This processor will have 72 compute units with up to 2.01 GHz of Game Clock and 2.25 GHz of Boost Clock. It also comes with 128MB of Infinity Cache and 16GB of GDDR6 VRAM. This GPU consumes only about 300watts. They also claim that it can run most of the game in High Settings(4k). RX 6800 XT has beaten the competitor - RTX 3000 series GPUs. This processor has also improved in Ray Tracing by optimizing denoising and Ambient Occlusions.

They also announced AMD Radeon RX 6800, with 60 compute units and with up to 1.8 GHz of Game Clock and 2.1GHz of Boost Clock. This card will also accompany the same 128MB Infinity Cache and 16GB of GDDR6 VRAM. This GPU will only consume about 250 watts. This delivers 18% more performance than RTX 2080Ti.

To end the event, Lisa finally announced AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT. This is the top-of-the-line Radeon GPU. It has 80 compute cores with up to 2.015 GHz of Game Clock and 2.25GHz of Boost Clock. This also accompanies the same 128MB Infinity Cache and 16GB of GDDR6 VRAM. This GPU only consumes 300watts. This GPU can run next-gen games. This processor is 64% powerful than RDNA 1 processors. This processor beats RTX 3090.

These processors also have the one-click overclocking mode. AMD Freesync and AMD Anti-Lag will reduce the monitor lag by 37%. These features can be enabled with the software AMD provides.

Ubisoft has worked with Radeon to bring a better experience to their newly-announced game "FarCry 6". Many games like World of Warcraft, Godfall The Rift Breaker, and many more.
