What are the different editions of WIndows 10?

There are 3 editions in Windows 10. Each edition can be useful in various ways. You can pick the preferred Windows10 from the official website of Windows.

If you have been using windows for quite a long time, you might have heard about the different versions of Windows. In this blog, we will be taking a better look at the different editions of Windows 10. 

Windows 10 Home

Most pre-built computers and laptops are shipped with Windows 10 Home. It contains every feature a common man needs. there are no missing features here when compared to Windows 10 Pro unless you are some sort of a Tech Savy. It does have certain limitations though. This Operating System can only support up to 128GB. You may think why having this much amount of RAM isn't enough. It's because you aren't a Tech Savy. No one usually uses at least more than 64GB RAM either. Another missing "feature" is the BitLocker which allows you to lock your hard drive to encrypt your files.

Windows 10 Pro

Windows 10 Pro is priced at $199. There are no set features to explain in this edition. It comes with Bitlocker and supports 2TB of RAM!! And to mention Windows 10 Pro has Hyper-V. This means that you can run another instance of Windows or even another Operating System. There is also a method to Delay Updates in Windows 10 Pro. So you don't have to suddenly experience updates and you can share your progress and instantly show your progress to your clients.

Windows 10 Enterprise

Windows 10 Enterprise is subscription-based and $84 for every year for each user. This edition can support up to 3 CPUs and 6TB of RAM which no ordinary man needs it. This edition is mainly used in big companies and enterprises. If any of you wanna have it, it is just a tool to flex on your friends.


So, what edition should I prefer? Which is the best? The answer is simple - Everything is best. The only thing which is different is the price.

The 11th generation of Intel Processors "TIGER LAKE" announced

Intel has recently announced their 11th gen processors code name "Tiger Lake" on September 2, 2020. They have also integrated Intel Iris as their GPU. They announced many features and specifications of the CPU in a tweet. We will now look at the features and what the 11th gen processors are capable of in-depth. This new generation processor is built with a 10nm chipset, also called SuperFin by Intel Tiger Lake. The new generation offers 2.7x faster content creation, 20% office productivity, and more than 2x faster gaming with the help of the Iris Graphics. Intel also provides Thunderbolt 4 support, Wifi 6, and PCIe-4 support. Intel provides 4 cores and 8 threads with Overclocking support up to 4.8 GHz.
